The Pirates of the Caribbean actor surprised the sick kids as he arrived at the hospital dressed as his fearless alter ego Jack Sparrow, reported Ace Showbiz.
Depp, 52, visited the hospital during a break from filming the latest installment of Pirates of the Caribbean franchise titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales in Queensland. He arrived at the hospital at night by a helicopter.
At the hospital, the actor interacted and posed for some selfies with a number of his young fans including Max Bennet, a seven-year-old boy with transverse myelitis.

He's having dinner with his mother Rachel when the the black chopper landed.
"He was going from room to room seeing all the kids who couldn't get out of bed. We waited out of the front of one of the rooms, and he came up to us and had a really good chat to Max," Rachel said.
