Compass Inc to double Hyderabad IDC headcount to over 400
HYDERABAD: US-based real estate technology company Compass Inc on Thursday said it plans to double headcount at its India Development Centre (IDC) in Hyderabad’s financial district over the next few months.
The Hyderabad IDC, which was launched in the first quarter of 2020, houses over 200 employees that includes software engineers and product teams.
The company said that the major focus of Compass IDC has been on expediting software engineering and development across the fields of mobile apps, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (
“The team has played an integral role in the launch of new features in the Compass platform for CRM, marketing, client service, 3D virtual tours, and more,” it added.
Compass said that talent acquisition for the Hyderabad IDC continues to be focused around engineering and development of next-gen technologies like AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, RPA and iOS and Android development.

The US-headquartered company provides an end-to-end platform for residential real estate agents to service their seller and buyer clients.
