Excon 2013 opens today

BANGALORE: The Korea Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association is brining a business delegation comprising 11 renowned Korean construction equipment (CE) component manufacturers to participate in South Asia’s largest CE event Excon ,organized by the CII.
Excon 2013 will be held in Bangalore from November 20 to November 24 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.The seventh edition of the event will see the participation of over 730 exhibitors 18 countries including Germany, Japan, Italy,Turkey, Sweden and China.
“Several analysis and reports indicate that the earth-moving and CE Market is one of the most dynamically growing markets worldwide, more so in India,” saidVipin Sondhi, chairman, Excon 2013 and MD and CEO, JCB India Limited.
Backed by the government’s focus on developing infrastructure across the country, Sondhi said that the CE sector in India deploying the best of machines, technology, and manpower.
