Godrej Properties Q3 results to be out today

NEW DELHI: Realty developer Godrej Properties is all set to announce its earnings for the quarter ended December 2019 today i.e. Monday, February 3.
For the quarter ended September 2019 (Q2), the company reported a 50 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 31 crore. During the second quarter, the company witnessed a total booking value of Rs 1,446 crore and a total booking volume of 2.26 million sq ft.
While declaring the Q2 results, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties said, "The overall environment in the real estate sector remains challenging.This provides Godrej Properties with tremendous opportunity to drive market share growth in residential real estate. We expect strong momentum in both portfolio project additions and new project launches in H2 FY20."
While market experts are eagerly waiting for the performance report, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 1040 (NSE) around 10:50 am on Monday, February 3.
