AGRA: Several devotees were injured after a portion of a balcony ledge collapsed near the Banke Bihari Temple area in Mathura on Tuesday, officials said.According to initial reports, the incident took place in a crowded section near the temple premises when a part of the structure suddenly gave way, causing people nearby to fall and suffer injuries. The exact number of injured is yet to be officially confirmed.Local residents and devotees immediately rushed to help those trapped and injured before emergency services arrived at the spot. The injured were later shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.Police teams reached the area soon after the incident and cordoned off the site to prevent further risk. Authorities are assessing the structural condition of the area and have launched an inquiry into the cause of the collapse.
