Criminal case registered against Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, others in Bengaluru
BENGALURU: Based on the directions of a special court for elected representatives, Bengaluru city police on Saturday registered a criminal case against Rajya Sabha MP from Karnataka and Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
Earlier in April this year, city-based RTI activist Adarsh R. Iyer had approached the court, accusing the above persons of the offence and prayed the court to register a case and investigate through the police.

Why only BJP members. All parties has received donation through Electoral Bonds. On the basis of simple FIR Karnataka Police can not issue notice also.
