Suggestions sought on juvenile homes

Chennai: The one-man committee appointed by the state government to submit a report on observational homes has sought people’s suggestions and have requested people to send them posts to the committee’s office at 147, Kutchery Road, Mylapore.
According to a statement, the one-man committee headed by Justice K Chandru, has given nine terms of references, including inmates management, infrastructure, health and medical facilities, training and capacity building, food and nutrition, staffing, stakeholder participation, and after care issues.
It will also include vocational training. It would review the norms for the quantity and quality of food.tnn
