Delhi govt offers 10% extra transport allowance to staff using public transport
New Delhi: In a bid to promote public transport usage, conserve fuel and reduce pollution, Delhi govt has introduced an incentive scheme for its employees who commute using metro or other public transport services. Under the scheme, such employees opting to use a common mobility card issued by DTC will be eligible for an additional incentive equivalent to 10% of their admissible transport allowance.
