Aizawl: BJP national spokesperson Guru Prakash, while conducting Prashikshan Abhiyan training at Atal Bhavan, the BJP Mizoram state office in Aizawl on Saturday, said the central govt under
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is striving to transform India into a global hub for artificial intelligence (AI).
Addressing party workers, Prakash said BJP is adapting to maximise the use of AI by fully digitalising its organisational administration.
“Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Abhiyan training is being organised in Aizawl as knowledge of information technology has become indispensable in today’s world. All BJP workers must be IT literate,” he said.
He emphasised that the party is committed to social work and equality, working among the poorest sections of society. He recalled that PM Modi himself has demonstrated humility by washing the feet of others.
Prakash added that one of BJP’s top priorities is self-sufficiency, advocating business through indigenous industries and entrepreneurship. He said the party also prioritises environmental protection and cleanliness to promote a healthy environment.
Highlighting civic responsibility, he said BJP has been working to minimise plastic use, encourage respect for the national flag, and protect cultural and traditional values while promoting national integration. “Emphasis is given to healthcare, education, and economic development,” he added.
The meeting was chaired by BJP state general secretary Lalfakzuala Hauzel, while state president K Beichhua delivered the welcome address.
