Power outage in several areas of Dharwad today
Dharwad: Power supply will be disrupted in several parts of Dharwad city on June 10, 2026, due to urgent maintenance works being undertaken on the 11 KV KCD feeder line under the 110 KV MUDA power distribution centre.
The areas likely to be affected include Barakotri, DC Compound, Kalyan Nagar, Navodaya Nagar, Silver Arcade, Nirmal Nagar 9th to 15th Cross, Mahamane Badavane, Michigan Layout, Uday Hostel, Keshav Nagar, Basavaraj Plot, Raghavendra Colony, Sadashiv Nagar, Ranka Apartment, UB Hill, Karnatak College surroundings, Saptapur, Saptapur Bhavi, Saptapur 1st, 2nd and 3rd Cross, Joshi Layout, Venkateshwar Colony, Bharati Nagar, Nadiger Compound, Rani Chennamma Nagar, Mahant Nagar, Siddarameshwar Colony, Water Supply Board area, LIC and SBI office surroundings, Godavari Hostel and RN Shetty Stadium vicinity.
Residents in the affected localities have been advised to make necessary arrangements during the scheduled outage period.
