Dharwad: On the occasion of
International Yoga Day, the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Dharwad, will organise a 15-day yoga and yogasana camp in Dharwad from June 15 to 30. According to a press release issued by BK Jayanthi, head, Dharwad PBKIVV centre and BK Vani, the camp will be held simultaneously at two locations: Brahma Kumaris, Maratha Colony (Near Durga Devi Gudi) and Brahma Kumaris, 2nd Cross, Sadhankeri. The duration of sessions every day will be held from 6 am to 7.30 am. The initiative aims to improve mental concentration and memory power among participants. Organisers highlighted that regular practice of yoga offers numerous health benefits, including mental wellness, reducing stress, anxiety, and daily worries. The sessions will alleviate back pain and leg cramps and help manage heart disease. The organisers have invited residents to participate in large numbers and benefit from the free camp.
