to convert the third floor into two resto bars — 1 Above and Mojo Bistro — is likely to appear before the police to give his statement.

The police were looking for Gandhi since a few days to question him for the alleged illegal changes carried out by him to the two restobars.

A fire broke out on December 29 killing 14 patrons including a waiter of 1 Above. Gandhi is believed to have left for Ahmedabad, the police said. A police officer from N M
