Threat email to Maharashtra's Kandivali school turns out to be a hoax

MUMBAI: A school in Kandivali West received a threat email on Monday morning.

Police were immediately informed and the premises was examined for two hours but nothing untoward was found.

Last week, a threat email with exactly the same content was sent to a school at Oshiwara.

Police had then checked the premises of the Oshiwara school but found nothing amiss.

Police said the emails were sent using a masked IP address and efforts are on to trace the sender.
