Nagpur: Mariya Amravatiwala, a student of Adarsh Vidya Mandir, became an example to success and strength. Despite having a rough path, Mariya scored 89.08% in her HSC examinations, from the science stream.
Mariya lost her father towards the end of her Std XI. Her father passed away after remaining in coma for 4 months following a major accident. What followed the family after this was troubles and financial disputes.
Even then, Mariya stood as strong as she could, and soared high in her scores.
She said, “My father, and we all shared this sight of trouble together but sadly, one day he had to depart into another world, all alone. He was the backbone of our family and his demise took away a part of us too. After him, my mother started to work and we were also blessed to have Sheikh Naziruddin Fidvi, the head of Bohra community as a man God sent to help us. His financially and emotionally help made us stronger and made me wiser, which enabled me to concentrate on my studies and uplift my scores. I dream to become an Orthopaedic one day”.
