State govt has to implement PM SHRI scheme
Thiruvananthapuram: Former BJP state president K Surendran said state govt had no option but to implement PM SHRI scheme in Kerala.
Surendran said former general education minister had secretly signed the MoU for implementing the scheme and hence UDF govt couldn’t escape from the responsibility of implementing it.
“LDF and UDF should apologise to Kerala society for unnecessarily delaying the implementation of the central govt scheme. The education minister of Indian Union Muslim League will have to implement the PM SHRI scheme. I convey my congrats to him in advance,” he said.
