2 teachers from AP get nat’l award

Visakhapatnam: Two teachers from Andhra Pradesh have been selected for the national best teacher’s award.The Union govt announced the winners’ list on Tuesday. Midde Srinivasa Rao, a teacher at SPS Municipal High School in Gudivada, Krishna district, and Kunati Suresh, a teacher at Urandur ZP High School in Srikalahasti mandal, Tirupati district, will be honoured with the awards on September 5, Teacher’s Day.Each award carries a cash prize of Rs 50,000, a silver medal, and a certificate. They will receive the awards from the President in New Delhi.The national awards to teachers celebrate the unique contributions of the country’s finest educators.
