Ira Trivedi is an Indian author, columnist, and yoga teacher known for her work on relationships, wellness, gender, and spirituality. A graduate of Wellesley College and Columbia Business School, she has written bestselling books including India in Love and The 10 Minute Yoga Solution.

In 2017, Ira Trivedi was featured in BBC 100 Women for her work in wellness and women’s empowerment. She is also associated with Namami Yoga, an initiative focused on making yoga and healthy living more accessible
