CBSE Class 10 result 2026: Region-wise pass percentage out; Trivandrum and Vijaywada top the list
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10 results 2026 today, April 15, 2026. Along with the results, the board has also shared region-wise pass percentage data.
This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 93.70%, which is slightly higher than last year’s 93.66%.
But the most interesting part is the performance across different regions.
According to the official data, Trivandrum and Vijayawada have jointly secured the first position, both with an impressive 99.79% pass percentage.
Chennai and Bengaluru also performed very well and are among the top regions.
Here is a look at how each region performed in CBSE Class 10 results 2026.
Overall, the results mirror consistent performance across the country with only small differences between regions.

- Southern regions clearly dominated the list this year.
- Trivandrum and Vijayawada remained at the top with nearly perfect results.
- Chennai and Bengaluru also continued their strong performance trend.
- Delhi regions performed well, both crossing 97%.
- Guwahati recorded the lowest pass percentage among all regions.
- Delhi East: 97.33%
- Delhi West: 97.45%
- Overall Delhi: 97.38%
