Alangulam Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: DMK’s Paul Manoj Pandian wins by 7,798 vote margin
Paul Manoj Pandian (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam), R Paulraj (Naam Tamilar Katchi), K R P Prabakaran (All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam), A Udhayakumar (Puthiya Tamilagam), A Subash Chandra Bose (Thakkam Katchi), Madasamy (All India Puratchi Thalaivar Makkal Munnettra Kazhagam), Vibin Chakkaravarthy (Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam), U Aravind (Independent), K Arunkumar (Independent), R Kotherimohideen (Independent), T Marikumar (Independent), Jeyanthi (Independent), and W Jayson (Independent) — 13 candidates contesting from Alangulam in Tamil Nadu's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Alangulam is a General constituency under the Tirunelveli Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, Paul Manoj Pandian of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam won by a margin of 3,539 votes. The 2021 turnout was 77.4%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Alangulam in 2026.
