The BJP youth leader said that she will fight the case in the court.

Addressing a press conference, Sharma said that she was treated badly in the jail and that she was not allowed to talk to anybody. She further said that she was arrested because she is a BJP worker and was made to sign an apology.

Earlier today, the Supreme Court said it will hear in July first week Priyanka Sharma's application seeking action against the West Bengal police.

The SC also censured West Bengal government over the delay in her release. The apex court had ordered her release on Tuesday and asked her to tender an apology.
