He has been an inspiration to many of his fans. Not only that, his Good Samaritan act during this pandemic helping people in need has become the talk of the town.
But, do you know who the Tollywood superstar’s inspiration is. “In my family, definitely my dad. And if there’s one person I call a superstar, it’s Rajinikanth. I remember going to watch Sivaji in Bombay and meeting some fans who had come down to Bombay just to watch all four shows on one day and go back to Madras because there were no tickets available there...unbelievable!” Dev had revealed during an earlier interview with us.

Meanwhile, on the work front, After Ravi Kinnagi’s ‘Herogiri’, Mithun Chakraborty and Dev are pairing up once again for Avijit Sen’s upcoming family drama. This will be Dev’s second film with Avijit after Tonic, which is about a father-son relationship. Starring Dev and Paran Bandopadhyay in the lead, ‘Tonic’ promises to deliver sublime humor with a social message on a strong note.
Mithun and Dev were recently seen judging a dance reality show on the small screen. Talking about working with Mithun, Dev had earlier told, “It is an honour and privilege to share the screen with Mithunda. He is so humble and down to earth and there is so much to learn from him. The way Mithunda behaves with everyone on the sets is amazing. That is why everyone loves and respects him so much.”
