Raj Chakraborty has taken one such story from Facebook to develop the script of his next movie ‘
Parineeta
’. "I came across a story written by Arnab Bhaumik on Facebook. The basic storyline is by Priyanka Poddar. I bought the copyright of the same from both of them to make a film adaptation of it", revealed Raj recently when speaking about his upcoming project. Padmanava Dasgupta is now penning the script for the movie.
Subhasree Ganguly is all set for her return to big screen as the lead in the love story and she will be seen in three different looks. It also stars

The story of ‘Parineeta’ chronicles around a student played by Subhashree Ganguly. The student falls for her teacher (Ritwick Chakraborty), but the teacher interestingly sees as nothing but his student. The twist in the story comes when the teacher suddenly commits suicide. What happens next forms the crux of the romantic flick.
Raj whose last film ‘Adventures of Jojo’ (2018) had a good outing at the box office is directing one more film ‘Sesh Theke Shuru’ starring
Jeet and
Koel Mallick in the lead.
