After its grand opening in India, Srijit Mukherji's Uma is all set to premiere London on June 24. The film that features Jisshu Sengupra, Sara Sengupta, Anjan Dutt and others, will be screened at Boleyn Cinema, Ilford in east London. Sayantan Das Adhikari, the man behind screening Bengali films in the UK, told us. "There was a time when we used to do private screenings of Bengali films in the UK. But now, we have contracts with all the major movie halls here and we are authorised to release Bengali films in theatrical format. It is an amazing experience for the Bengali community.
