When Rajinikanth gave a surprise special appearance in a Bengali film!

Here’s an interesting trivia on Superstar Rajinikanth and it’s related to Bengali cinema. Yes, you heard it right!
Not many people know the South superstar made a special appearance in a Bengali film titled ‘Bhagya Debata’, released in 1995. The film directed by Raghuram had another superstar Mithun Chakraborty in the lead. ‘Bhagya Debata’ was later dubbed in Hindi as ‘Krantikari’.the Hindi version was released in 1997.
Rajinikanth was seen as a singer in the title song of the film during a stage performance scene. Mohammed Aziz had sung the title song. This film also had the special appearance of Mamta Kulkarni and Puneet Issar.
In the action-drama of revenge and vengeance, Mithun played Jagadish Mondal who is always there to help the poor. In normal life, he is a common man having a wife but against the corruption and crime, he becomes Alfred.
