Eminent actor turned director
Aparna Sen was
admitted
to a private hospital in South Kolkata this morning with a serious leg injury. Recently, she was in Delhi to shoot her upcoming film ‘Ghare Baire Aaj’ and according to industry sources, she injured her leg on the shooting floor.
After undergoing initial treatments in Delhi the renowned director was okay but doctors advised her to take a few days rest.
However, Aparna Sen didn't let her injury affect her work and finished the shoot there. She returned to Kolkata last week but she was again having trouble with her injured leg.
Aparna Sen’s husband Kalyan Roy has informed that the veteran actress’ condition is
stable now
and they hope to bring her home within 2-3 days. Doctors have assured that there’s nothing to worry. Lack of proper rest made the injury worse for her. We wish for Aparna Sen’s speedy recovery.
