Arpan ready to shoot his slice-of-a-life drama

Young director Arpan Basak will soon start shooting for his next feature-length film which stars Supratim Saha and Giaa Sarkhel in the lead. The cast also includes Miss Jojo and Sonalee Chowdhury among others.
The plot revolves around a Bihari young man Luv who moves to kolkata with his family and struggles to fit in this entirely new society. Holi plays an important part in the film, as it opens with a Holi item song.As Luv works his way through life, he is introduced to the Bengali culture thanks to a Rabindra Jayanti program by his landlords.
It’s the first time during this program he comes across Laboni. As time flies, they start to go out, always away from the watchful eyes of their parents. They get to know their different cultures, it's food, it's stories and likewise.
However, an intense monologue raises the question as to why the society differentiates between groups: Biharis, Marwaris, and many others. That’s what forms the crux of the story.
