#BackToWork: Yash-Nusrat-Mimi set to shoot for Anshuman Pratyush’s film from July 6

It’s lights, camera and action time for Yash after almost three months. The actor will start shooting for Anshuman Pratyush’s film, SOS KOLKATA, from July 6. Others in the lead are Nusrat Jahan and Mimi Chakraborty. “I am really happy to get back to the shooting floor. I know it’ll be a little difficult for us to adapt to the ‘new normal’ on the sets, but we have to carry on with our work.We will abide by all the precautionary measures, like wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, proper sanitisation, etc. As far as the film is concerned, I can only say that SOS KOLKATA is a thriller, which is a perfect amalgamation of commercialisation and realism. It is about terrorist activities and how common people, with the help of officials from the Defence and security departments, fight it out for justice,” revealed Yash.
Elaborating on his character, the actor informed, “I can assure you that the audience will get to see me in an all-new avatar. The content is the real hero of this film and we actors will only support it. I can’t reveal how my role is linked with Mimi or Nusrat’s character in the film as there is a twist at the end of this story.”
Yash was last seen with Mimi in Mon Jaane Na and with Nusrat in One. Shantilal Mukherjee, Ena Saha and Sabyasachi Chakraborty also play important roles in this film.
