‘Byomkesh Gowtro’ official trailer to release this Saturday

Here is a good news every Bengali movie buff was waiting for. The much-awaited official trailer of ‘Byomkesh Gowtro’ is all set to be released this Saturday, September 22. Directed by Arindam Sil, this detective thriller has already taken its place on the must-watch list of Byomkesh Bakshi fans, especially the diehard fans of Abir Chatterjee. Sharing the exciting news through his Twitter handle the dashing actor also uploaded a new poster from the film.The poster features the intense faces of Abir, Rahul Banerjee, Sohini Sarkar, Arjun Chakraborty and Anjan Dutt which look every bit intriguing.

With ‘Byomkesh Gowtro’, Abir Chatterjee is reprising his role as the Satyanweshi Byomkesh Bakshi while Sohini Sarkar will once again play Satyabati. Rahul Banerjee has been roped in to play Ajit Bandyopadhyay for the first time replacing Ritwick Chakraborty. Based on ‘Rakter Daag’, a famous thriller novel by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, the detective thriller is releasing on October 12.
