For actors, working with a big unit and socialising is natural. But in these times of social distancing, how is she keeping are spirits high? “Even in these trying times one has to keep one’s spirits high and be positive. So, ‘the arts’ is the best way to encourage oneself amid the grim scenario. I am reading a book called What is painting by Julian Bell. I listen to a lot of music, sing and read poetry. I am a closet chef and I have been experimenting with my culinary skills. Most of all I am utilising this time to introspect on my life. As Aristotle had said “knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”. So, I could say I am getting better acquainted with myself. And as actors, we constantly need to work on our skills and that hasn’t stopped,” she said.
