Ena Saha is part of Bakita Kalponik

Actress Ena Saha is currently working on a film directed by Subrata Mondal and Sidharta Sen, titled Bakita Kalponik. The cast of this horror comedy is almost the same as that of the previous film by the director duo behind Hacker. Besides Ena, Aryan Bhowmick, Sourav Das and Soumendra, among others, are also part of the film.
The story is based on a girl – played by Ena – and three boys, who study in a north Bengal engineering college.How the girl joins a boy’s college and what kind of scary experiences she faces there form the crux of the story. “The plot is very interesting and there are many funny moments in the film,” Ena said.
Half of the shoot has taken place in different locations in Kolkata and rest will take place in north Bengal. Even though the outdoor location is yet to be finalised, Ena has already started shopping.
Meanwhile, Ena has been receiving mixed reactions for her previous film, Bhoot Chaturdashi. Though she has been praised for her appearance and acting, the film was not accepted well by most of the audience.
The story of Bhoot Chaturdashi revolves around four friends, who go on a road trip and end up in a haunted house. They want to shoot a documentary. However, things start getting messy when they enter the house. What happens next forms the crux of the film. The story is by Mainak Bhaumik, who himself is a fan of horror movies. Just like the director the lead cast also belongs to the next generation. The four leads are Aryann Bhowmik, Ena Saha, Deepsheta Mitra and Soumendra Bhattacharya.
