Filmmaker Samik Roy Choudhury dubs for his acting debut ‘Asampurna’

Filmmaker Samik Roy Choudhury is all set for his acting debut in the upcoming psychological drama ‘Asampurna’. The film is being directed by Amartya Sinha. ‘Asampurna’ is based on a nuclear family of a husband, wife and a five-year-old daughter and the narrative has many layers along with spine-tingling twists and turns. Shreya Bhattacharya is playing the female lead in the film.

Recently Samik completed the dubbing session and now eagerly waiting for the film’s release.Not just making his acting debut, he has also written the dialogues of Asampurna. The story and script of ‘Asampurna’ are by director Amartya Sinha. Cinematography will be done by Prosenjit Koley whereas music will be composed by Tamal Kanti Halder.

National award-winner Pradipta Bhattacharya is editing the movie. ‘Asampurna’ is the brainchild of Amartya Sinha and his wife Minakshi Sharma as they nurtured this project with their pure dedication.

Meanwhile, as a director Samik has two films in the pipeline, Paran Bandopadhyay starrer ‘Beline’ and a murder mystery ‘Mushroom’.
