Ishaa goes back to college

and Jhinuk, played by Ishaa, along with their director, Dhrubo Banerjee, are on a promotional spree. “We went to Abirda’s college, Seth Anandaram Jaipuria College, and it was great fun. We also went to Kalyani Government Engineering College and Rani Birla Girls’ College. It is fun interacting with college students,” the actress said.

But has Ishaa visited her own college yet? “No. With elections around, I don’t even know if it is possible to visit my college. It would have been exciting, you know! While I studied in a law college, for such events, all departments come together and have fun,” she said.

Meanwhile, the actress is still basking in the glory of her last release, Sweater. After the film completed its 25-day run in theatres, Ishaa, who plays Tuku in the film, told us, “I hope we celebrate 50 days and then 100 days. It is a small-budget film with no superstar. It again proved that a film runs because of its content and not because of anything else. Script is king and I am happy that the audience has appreciated our efforts.”
