Rishi Kapoor's screen presence was inspiring: Rituparna Sengupta

The demise of actor Rishi Kapoor has shocked actress Rituparna Sengupta in worst possible ways. The actress said, "Yesterday it was Irrfan Khan and today Rishi Kapoor. We are going through a difficult time and I can't see the end of it," she added. Talking about her different experience with Rishi Kapoor, she said that during the shoot of Hindi film 'Teesra Kaun', she met Rishi Kapoor for the first time in the inaugural party of the film."Then in Australia, we had spent some beautiful time. In a film festival, Rajkahini and Kapoor & Sons were screened and every evening we would meet and chat for hours," Rituparna added.
Talking about the actor, Rituparna said that Rishi Kapoor was one of the greatest entertainers of Indian Cinema and his demise is a huge loss for the industry. "His screen presence and smile were the reasons that I became his fan from a very early age. I have grown up watching his films. It is inspirational to see the way he performed and how relevant he is still today," she added.
