Jisshu shooting for his second Telugu film ‘Ashwathama’

Jisshu Sengupta, one of the most bankable actors in Tollywood these days, is quite happy with the kind of characters he has received from Tollywood and the fact that he has now made a niche for himself in Bollywood and South industry as well.
Jisshu had made his Telugu debut with the biopic of Telugu superstar NTR. Now, the Tolly hunk has yet another south film in the pipeline and it’s again a Telugu film ‘Aswathama’ where Jisshu will be sharing the screen with Naga Shourya.Directed by Ramana Teja, it’s a complete action entertainer.
The news broke out when Jisshu shared a shooting still from the sets of ‘Aswathama’ in Vizag.

The dashing actor was recently seen in Aparna Sen directed ‘Ghawre Bairey Aaj’ and will soon play a pivotal role in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Sadak 2’, which has an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
He is also a part of Mahesh Manjrekar’s ‘Devidas Thakur’ which has Shruti Hassan, Prateik Babbar and Naseeruddin Shah among others. Jisshu also plays a crucial role in the Shakuntala Devi biopic. Jisshu will be seen as Vidya Balan’s on-screen husband in the film.
