Mallika loves to spend time with kids

Mallika Sherawat celebrated Durga Puja in Kolkata this time. She was in the city on Navami to seek the blessings of Goddess Durga for her new show The Bachelorette India - Mere Khayalon ki Mallika, which features male contestants trying to woo the actress.
Even as Mallika approached the pandal, the crowd came to know of her presence and there was such a huge rush to see her that she had to leave the spot even before she could move out of her car for devi darshan.Determined not to leave the city without getting the devi's darshan, she urged the the production house to seek permission for her to visit the pandal, said a source from the channel. Dressed in a traditional Bengali laal paar saada sari, Mallika could finally offer her prayers at 2 am. She was also seen doing the dhunuchi naach and playing with the kids present there for a good 15 minutes and spoke to them too. It is heard that during Dharamashala promotions too, she played with a Tibetan kid midway during the shoot. Guess Mallika is taking the show very seriously and preparing for the next step. What say?
