No place like Delhi, says Tannishtha Chatterjee

Actress Tannishtha Chatterjee is a classic Bengali beauty, and has something of an arty, non-mainstream body of work ��������� her foreign projects include ���������Brick Lane���������, the film adaptation of Monica Ali���������s novel, ���������Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain��������� with Martin Sheen, and ���������Anna Karenina��������� directed by Joe Wright, Anoushka Shankar���������s husband, in which she stars with Keira Knightley and Jude Law.All of this often makes people think she���������s from Kolkata, but Tannishtha says contrary to perception, she���������s actually very much a Delhi girl.

Despite the fact that I���������ve lived in so many Indian cities and travelled across the world for my work, I feel I���������m a Delhi girl at heart and absolutely love Delhi. I might have shifted base to Mumbai, but every time I come to Delhi, I feel like I���������m home,��������� she says.
