Priyanka Sarkar wins another award for ‘Andarkahini’

Finally some good news for Priyanka Sarkar. The popular actress has received the jury award for the Best Actress at the Hyderabad Bengali Film Festival for her outstanding performance in ‘Andarkahini’ directed by Arnab K Middya.
In a recent social media post, Priyanka revealed how close this film is to her heart. During the shoot of ‘Andarkahini', she had gone through a challenging phase in her life but the film itself helped her confront the challenges.An elated Priyanka took to her Twitter handle to share the news with her fans. The film also grabbed the Best Music and the Best Makeup Artist award at the festival.

‘Andarkahini’ sees four different women and their troubled relationship with their brother, father, friend and husband. Interestingly, Priyanka is playing all the four women. Each story focuses on the daily challenges these women face to save their respective relationships.
Apart from Priyanka in the lead, 'Andarkahini' has Rajesh Sharma, Saayoni Ghosh, Soumitra Chatterjee, Anindya Chatterjee and Nitya Ganguly in other important roles.
