With summer fast approaching, it’s important to maintain a proper diet and fitness regime. We all want to look like celebrities. With more and more celebrities getting more accessible and open about their health, fitness and beauty routines on social media, we are more determined to have a body or skin like our favourite celebrity. And, actress Tuhina Das has some important tips to beat the summer heats.

When it comes to diets and fitness, the talented actress prefers to stick to a liquid diet, though fish is her weakness.
“I drink a lot of water and liquids, including coconut water, lassi and fresh fruit juices to stay hydrated. Since I do cardio and weight training for a couple of hours every day at the gym, I stick to a basic diet, comprising low carbs and more protein, and stay away from eating outside during summer. I like to eat light and non-spicy food,” reveals Tuhina.
She also shares some hair care tips with us: “I have a thick, curly mane, which requires extra care during this season, as it tends to get frizzy and dry. I oil my hair with pure coconut oil once a week, and apply a mask consisting of eggs and curd, to keep it soft and manageable.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Tuhina will next be seen in Indranil Roy Chowdhury’s ‘Jatin Darogar Brittanto’. Her stellar act as a female detective in a web series has also received appreciation recently.
