Sanjana Banerjee is excited to make her debut in a romantic film

Muscat-born model Sanjana Banerjee is all geared up to step into the shoes of Khushi in her debut film ‘Fidaa’, opposite Yash Dasgupta. The romantic drama, directed by Pathikrit Basu, is releasing on July 13. It’s been a dream-come-true for Sanjana who nurtured the dream of becoming an actress since her childhood days.
While speaking about her character in the film, the young actress said, “My character Khushi has two different shades.In the beginning, she is happy and lively but she gradually turns into a more practical, calm and composed girl. I prefer love stories and incidentally, my debut film is also a romantic one. It’s a dream-come-true for me.”
Meanwhile, Yash has an interesting aspect of his character in the film. He will play two different shades of a person in ‘Fidaa’ just like Sanjana. The film's first half tells the story of Ishaan Chatterjee, an impulsive first-year student in a reputed college but the second half will portray a completely different side of Ishaan who is much more composed.
