‘Reunion’ first song: The super energetic ‘Inge Laare’ is winning hearts

Murari M Rakshit’s next ‘Reunion’ delves deep into the true meaning of life, humanity, friendship and revolves around a get-together among former college students and how they bring back one of their senior group members into the mainstream of life. The film sees Parambrata Chatterjee and Raima Sen pairing up after a long time. What’s more interesting about ‘reunion’ is its music department.Nachiketa, Rupankar Bagchi, Rupam Islam, Joy Sarkar – some of the industry biggies have joined hands to create musical masterpiece for this film. Sung by Rupankar and Timir, the super energetic and catchy first song ‘Inge Laare’ highlights exactly the same. Featuring the protagonists Saayoni Ghosh, Indrasish Roy, Samadarshi Dutta, Anindita Basu and Saurav Das, the rhythm resonate a fun-filled get together.

The story of 'Reunion' sees a group of University students from the 1995 batch and their reunion after almost 20 years. All of them came from different middle-class background and formed a closed group with common interest and idealism. As the group finally meets, they find out one of their senior (Parambrata) is now in a village near Darjeeling as he decides to dedicate his life to the villagers in the hilly area.
