Bhojpuri actress Ritu Singh held at gunpoint by a young stalker threatening to marry her

On Saturday, a teen stalker opened fire in a hotel in Robertsganj in Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra district, injuring a man. He was slaking popular Bhojpuri actress Ritu Singh. As per the report, the stalker was identified as Pankaj Yadav who broke Ritu's hotel room with a pistol, held her hostage and threatened her to marry him. The crew members of the film were also is the same hotel when the incident took place. A local named Ashok who was trying to rescue the actress, the accused fired at him after which he was immediately rushed to a hospital. The police immediately reached the spot soon after they got a call from the hotel staff. The accused also opened fire on SP Patil when he asked him to surrender his pistol. After a long struggle, police arrested Pankaj and dragged him to the police van.
