'Avengers: Infinity War' box-office collection Day 8: The Marvel film rakes in Rs 7 crore

The third installment in the ‘Avengers’ franchise checked itself into the record books by becoming the highest grossing Hollywood release in India, with a collection of an estimated Rs 30.50 crore on its Day 1, according to a report on BoxofficeIndia.com.
Now according to new reports on the website, the film has collected Rs 7 crore on it's second Friday, taking the total collections to Rs 163 crore.
'Avengers: Infinity War' sees a string of superheroes coming together to save the universe from the powerful Thanos (Josh Brolin). Comebacks include Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chris Evans as Captain America and Chris Hemsworth as Thor. Also back for more action are Black Panther, the Hulk, Spider-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy and their assorted allies.
Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ boasts of an ensemble cast comprising of Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Josh Brolin, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel and others.
