The ‘Friends’ fame star has been working in the entertainment industry for decades now. From winning an Emmy to a Golden Globe Award, Aniston has achieved a lot in her career as an actress. Over the years, she has also managed to accumulate enough wealth and assets to have her very own real estate empire. Here is a look at the actress’ real estate portfolio and all of the houses she owns.

As reported by Elle Decor, this was one of the earliest houses that the famed actress lived in. She rented the property in the 1990s while she was filming for ‘Friends.’ The property is a stylish four-structure compound built in 1936. It features 2 bedrooms, two baths, a pool house, and a guesthouse that features its own kitchen space.

A year after she and Brad Pitt tied the knot, the ‘Just Go With It’ actress bought the Beverly Hills mansion for USD 12.5 million. Spanning across 12,000 square feet, the property was built by none other than Southern California architect Edwin Wallace Neff. The couple added heated marble tile flooring, a screening room, a bar area, wooden flooring, and more over the course of three years after buying the property. In 2005, the couple sold the property for around USD 28 million following their split.

This is the first property that the actress bought after her split with Pitt. Spanning across 10,000 square feet, the actress worked with designer Stephen Shadley to renovate the property to her liking over the course of more than two years. Some of the features, after renovation, included a lanai with heated travertine floors, and Brazilian cumaru, along with a specialized koi pond. Curbed reported that the actress sold the house in 2011 for USD 35 million.

She bought this property around 2011 for around USD 21 million, and worked with Stephen Shadley to renovate the home. New additions on the property, as per the report, included hand-painted wallpapers, silk rugs, and Abstract Expressionist paintings. There was a courtyard on the property as well, which featured a small garden. She also has a large terrace area to overlook the surrounding neighbourhood.

This is the latest property that the actress bought and invested in back in 2022. The mansion is situated in a well-off neighbourhood, and was bought by the actress for USD 14.8 million from Oprah Winfrey.
