Anya Taylor-Joy and Malcolm McRae tie the knot in stunning Venice wedding - Pics Inside

Hollywood star Anya Taylor-Joy, best known for her role in 'The Queen's Gambit', has tied the knot with her musician beau, Malcolm McRae in an intimate wedding in Venice.
According to reports, the couple said 'I do' in a lavish ceremony held over the weekend in Italy, surrounded by their families and closest friends. The Daily Mail reported that the wedding took place at the historic Palazzo Pisani Moretta.
The gorgeous bride gave a glimpse of her breathtaking custom Dior gown adorned with intricate floral embellishments and a bird motif. The report added that the gown featured hand-embroidered nature-inspired motifs with symbolic meanings - including the constellations, her birth sign, a hummingbird for 'love and luck', cherry blossom for 'renewal' with several words also sewn across the gown.
While she made for one modern bride, she did give a nod to tradition by opting to wear a long dramatic white veil that sat perfectly with her blonde hairdo.
Fans got a glimpse of her bridal look while she posed for a photoshoot on a balcony. The bride was seen striking various poses for the cameras amidst the fairytale setting.


Following their wedding ceremony, the newlyweds joined their 150 odd guests for a star-studded reception.

Anya and Malcolm's love story began when they crossed paths at the premiere of 'The Queen's Gambit' in March of 2021. Their budding romance became public knowledge when they were photographed sharing a kiss later that same year. The couple went public with their romance at a Pre-Oscar Party in 2022.
