Blake Lively accused of having 'toxic' and 'inappropriate' workplace environment by former employees, amid the legal drama with Justin Baldoni

A strike against the ‘Gossip Girl’ alum, yet again.Blake Lively, the actress who accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment, has been accused of having an ‘inappropriate’ and ‘toxic’ workplace environment herself by one of her former employees, who felt quite ironic of Lively’s allegations against her ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star.According to Daily Mail, Blake Lively’s ex-staff member scoffed at the actress’ recent legal drama, calling it the 'irony' of the 'entitled' actress' current claims. The former employee worked at Preserve, the company that was the reaction to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop. However, Preserve did not last more than a year.The company ran in a studio apartment, which was owned by Blake’s brother, Eric Lively, where he indulged in liquor, smoked pot, frequently left staff out in the cold when he overslept, and forced them to sit on the floor before buying furniture. Additionally, Eric Lively, who got married in 2005, had an affair with one of the employees, which was confirmed by three former staff members. “The entire company was an absolute disaster. The workplace allegations that Blake is making now [against Baldoni] are deeply ironic, given that it was one of the most insane, toxic, emotionally draining and disorganised environments you could imagine,” the ex-employee expressed. “The impression [Blake] left on me after I worked at Preserve is that she doesn't care,” another staff member revealed before adding, “It was a really toxic work environment.”No, it does not end here...On top of the toxic workplace environment, some staff members even claimed that they were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements about the dramatic implosion of the company. Some of the former employees received $300,000 as settlements after threatening them with legal action.
