One Direction member Harry Styles' first look from his Hollywood debut is finally out. The boy band member is a part of Christopher Nolan's WWII drama Dunkirk, which also stars Tom Hanks. Styles, who chopped off his famous long locks for a more 1940s-appropriate short back and sides, was spotted in uniform and a bloodied bandage. The film is based on the largest military evacuation in history.

The evacuation, nicknamed Operation Dynamo, involved an estimated 338,000 Allied troops being rescued from Dunkirk in northern France.
