Ronan, who has been hosting the Australian version of The X Factor, will go to Australia next month to start shooting for the the film, the title of which he will not reveal as yet.
Christina AguileraChristina Aguilera shot to fame as a member of the Mickey Mouse Club, and then cemented her career as a pop star with tracks like Genie in a Bottle, Dirrty and Beautiful.
Last year, she made her acting debut in Burlesque as Ali, a small-town girl from Iowa who becomes the main attraction of The Burlesque Lounge. Christina’s first outing on the big screen also featured singer-turned-actress Cher, who won an Academy Award for Best Actress in the romantic comedy, Moonstruck.
Justin TimberlakeJustin started his career in the entertainment industry as a Mousketeer and later set teenage girls’ hearts racing as the frontman of the American boy band ’N Sync. And even though he went on to make a name for himself as a solo artiste, Justin couldn’t shake the acting bug. He made his big-screen in debut in Longshot and has starred in the Mike Myers film The Love Guru. JT has also lent his voice to animated films like Shrek the Third and Yogi Bear. His best known role, however, was his portrayal of Napster founder Sean Parker in last year’s The Social Network. He will next been seen in Friends with Benefits.

BeyonceThis former Destiny’s Child had her first starring role in Austin Powers in Goldmember as the afro-sporting Foxxy Cleopatra. She later went on to feature in the musical film Dreamgirls, where her performance was overshadowed by co-star
Jennifer Hudson’s powerful portrayal of Effie White. Beyonce’s next film is Clint Eastwood’s version of A Star is Born, which is slated for a 2012 release.
Jennifer HudsonThe former American Idol contestant got her first role in Dreamgirls, which fetched her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to play supporting roles in Sex and the City 2 and The Secret Life of Bees. Jennifer will next be seen playing the title role in the 2012 film Winnie, which is about Winnie Mandela.
RihannaThe babe from the Bahamas got her first film break playing herself in the straight-to-DVD film Bring It On: All or Nothing in 2006. However, she will get a full-fledged role in the Liam Neeson-starrer Battleship, which will release next year.
