Mariane to be Angie’s bridesmaid?
Adding fuel to reports that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are getting set to tie the knot are rumours that the actress has finally chosen her chief bridesmaid.
Brangelina are said to be exchanging vows this summer and Jolie has picked her close friend, French journalist Mariane Pearl, whom she played in the Hollywood biopic A Mighty Heart, to be her chief bridesmaid, reports a newspaper.
Jolie���s brother James Haven, who it was initially thought would be giving the bride away, has instead been asked to be Pitt���s best man. When Pitt���s production company approached Mariane to make a film of her memoirs, the 32-year-old actress was cast as the widow and their friendship blossomed. The wedding ceremony is said to be taking place aboard a 100 million pound yacht owned by another good friend, Paul Allen.
