Mark Wahlberg had to follow a tough fitness regimen for his role in 'Transformers: Age of Extinction', as the fourth installment of the franchise is high on action. It was a physically demanding project; it had me working hard for 12 hours a day, five days a week, for months.” He plays Cade Yeager, a single father who’ll go to any extremes to protect his daughter.
The film will see humans allying with the main protagonist, Optimus Prime, and his brave army of Autobots. “When we saw parts of the movie, and how it’s come together, it’s a little more realistic, a little more believable,” Wahlberg added.
Transformers: Age of Extinction, distributed by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, releases June 27, in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
