‘Mom’ actress Anna Faris to appear nude in a Super Bowl commercial for avocados

Anna Faris found herself in a strange situation while filming for a commercial for Super Bowl 2023. She was in a setting that reminded her of the Garden of Eden and in it were as she says, “A lot of minimally dressed young, very beautiful people…they created the most beautiful set and we were all in it together." The teaser for the advertisement, which has been filmed in Mexico City, has the 46-year-old Faris holding an avocado cut into half, one in each hand. The avocado is strangely illuminated and the narrator’s commentary at this point is: “One fruit with the ability to make everything better,” and whispers, “Avocados from Mexico.” The camera meanwhile reveals a blonde haired Anna Faris, holding up the two illuminated avocado halves and exulting about this special fruit which is a gift to the world from nature. Was she embarrassed to do this ad almost in the nude? “When I realised that the wardrobe in my trailer was a tiny little thong and these jelly-like bra things…I thought to myself, all right, this is what my beautiful day is going to look like.” Once she had made peace with that idea, it was easy to go ahead with the advertisement.
